Email us at hello@promisestub.com. Include the email address on your account and a short description of what happened. Do not send your password or a sign-in link.
I can't sign in
Check that you are using the email address connected to your account. You can request a sign-in link or use Forgot password on the Sign in screen. Use only the newest email and open it on the device where you want to sign in.
I didn't receive an email
Check Spam, Junk, and filtered inboxes, then wait a few minutes before requesting another email. Add hello@promisestub.com to your contacts or allowed senders. If it still does not arrive, contact us.
A promise link isn't working
Ask the giver to open the promise in PromiseStub and copy its current share link. Links stop working when a promise is canceled or when its owner's account is deleted.
I want to delete my account
In the iPhone app, open You, scroll to Danger zone, and choose Delete account. Type DELETE exactly to confirm. This permanently removes the account and its stored PromiseStub data. Delivered emails cannot be recalled.
I submitted a reply through someone else's link
Email us with the share link and enough detail to identify your reply. We will review requests involving information submitted through account-free recipient pages.
